Purpose
With this policy, we aim to:
- Strengthen trust and confidence in Council's ability to make informed decisions that benefit the Mansfield Shire community.
- Consistently apply a transparent and inclusive community engagement process.
- Meet and exceed the requirements of the Local Government Act 2020, particularly regarding engagement principles and practices.

The draft is available here. A hard copy can be viewed at the municipal offices at 33 Highett Street, Mansfield.
Provide written feedback
Please submit your feedback by 11 June 2024:

The draft policy will be further updated based on feedback, then presented for adoption at the 25 June 2024 Council Meeting.
