Reducing the proposed rezoning area.

Proposing a Design and Development Overlay to introduce neighbourhood character controls.

Focussing on general pedestrian connections rather than a Delatite River trail.

Highlighting the ecological value of the Delatite River.

Emphasising the unique local heritage including mountain cattlemen.
