Tell us about the needs of young people under 25 who live, work, study or play in Mansfield Shire.
If you are a young person or an adult who supports them (parent, guardian, carer, service provider, other community member) .... we want to hear from you.
We're asking how we can best support and value our young people into the future through Council services, programs and activities. Your view is important to us.
Your input will help us understand how well our current programs meet young people’s needs and think about options to better meet those needs into the future.
Coordination of the Mansfield Youth Service Provider Network (MYSPN)
Participation in this survey is voluntary and anonymous. This means we will not share any information about you that might let others know who you are. The survey is open until 5pm on Friday 5 November 2021.
Young people who complete the survey can enter the draw to win one of our great prizes.
The major prize is your choice of either a gaming headset or Fitbit watch (valued at $90) or one of a number of smaller prizes including vouchers for mini golf, George & Elroy Burgers, SPORTFIRST, Mansfield Armchair Cinema, Lollyshop, and the Mansfield Swimming Pool.
