Arts Mansfield has approached Mansfield Shire Council with a suggestion to establish an Arts forum to support and grow our local creative sector.

The Forum will meet regularly to:
• Collaborate and progress initiatives across the region
• Strengthen networks between creative practitioners and organisations
• Share on-the-ground intelligence about emerging needs and opportunities
• Inform ongoing strategy monitoring and evaluation
We are seeking expressions of interest from:
• Representatives from organisations delivering creative initiatives (including but not limited to art, music, dance, pottery, poetry)
• Individuals working directly with creative communities
What's the commitment?
Group meetings will be held quarterly for a duration of an hour and a half (and at other times by agreement between the members). Meeting locations are yet to be determined. You will also receive correspondence outside of set meeting times, depending on agreed actions.
Members will be appointed for a 2-year term.
Membership of the group is voluntary, and there is no payment of expenses in relation to attending activities or meetings of the Group.
