Will be a fantastic opportunity to improve resources to the community

As a local resident of the Mansfield Shire, I am in full support of this project. Mansfield and the surrounding regions are a wonderful place to live, but we are exposed to the elements and it is in times of disaster that our community really shines.

To be able to home all of the emergency services together at the Mansfield Emergency Precinct along with the emergency broadcaster and a space for community meetings would be a real asset.

If communication is key, then this collaboration is sure to bring about productive, essential and lifesaving opportunities. Funding this facility is essential to the health of our community.

As an SES member I cannot access upstairs at all, and during the colder months cannot attend meetings because of them being held upstairs. I am a CEF and organise our fund raising events, so during the colder / hot months we have to meet in someone’s home to hold our CE meetings,

The Mansfield community looks forward progression on this incredibly important community asset. This asset will be vital in a range of emergencies that are unfortunately often experienced in Mansfield. The community space, vital housing of the emergency broadcaster and the overall resilience recovery centre will be a long overdue addition to the region.
This will serve the region and its growing permanent and visiting populations.
I implore the council to continue on the journey to see this to its realisation.
Community Bank Mansfield and District are right behind this project.

A crucial development that needs funding, the current facilities are inadequate for the Mansfield area and surrounds, and will only become more so as tourism and resident numbers continue to grow.

I am fully supportive of this project. It is long overdue. The locals have been calling out for funding to construct an emergency services precinct for some time. Our current ambulance station is a disgrace, and the staff there deserve better. One modern precinct housing the SES, ambulance and possibly the CFA would provide much needed support for these wonderful people. Increasing numbers of visitors and holiday people unfortunately also means more call outs for our emergency services. They all need the best possible facilities to do their job. We just need funding!

Fully support this, existing facilities are no longer adequate.

We fully support the proposed Mansfield Emergency Services Precinct.

Bringing our emergency services together in one modern, purpose-built ( and multi use ) space is essential to ensure our community is protected and supported when it matters most.

This development is long overdue, especially given the increasing number of residents and the continued growth of tourism in our region.

Investing in this infrastructure now will strengthen local resilience, support our volunteer and paid staff EMS teams to ensure and provide critical services for years to come.

Congratulations on this initiative and we look forward to this project being funded and realised.

Mansfield 100% deserves this grant and has been waiting long enough for SES upgrades. Do some good with our tax dollars and invest them in SOLID projects like this.

Well overdue upgrades for the emergency services providers in our region.
This type of upgrades will enable the volunteer groups to train & work as a team in an emergency potentially saving lives!
This will be such a positive addition to this region.

I would welcome the opportunity to have all emergency services under the one roof, would facilitate easier communication, co-ordination etc during emergencies.

I fully support the Mansfield Shire to gain government funding for the new Mansfield Emergency Precinct. It would be of great benefit for the many emergency services currently stationed in or around the Mansfield Shire. The town of Mansfield is also a tourism town through the year in all seasons. Snow season, water based sports season, mountain bike riding, hiking, camping, 4WD, horse riding plus the influx of tourist vehicles. All that on top of our local community during our fire seasons. Communication between all our emergency services in the shire is essential. I really hope the government can see this & approves the required funding.

As a lifetime resident of Mansfield, I am well aware of the need for our emergency services & the need for them to have purpose built premises. I personally think this should be prioritised to improve these necessities for our community and give our SES volunteers & ambulance officers the facilities they deserve.

This project is a long time coming and was need years ago, being at the foot of mountains for Victoria's most visited and used snow season and main water attractions for the state, lake Eildon these services should be linked. They have worked together for many years already and most work across all these facilities for the community and visitors who make their way to Mansfield. What is a small town has so much tourism. The shire does amazing work on presenting an showcasing the town.
I very much support this project and think it's in the best interest for all services to be located on the same site and for the town.
My family have spent a good 20 years travelling to Mansfield and beyond for holidays them memories are lifetime . Well done council and I wish you all best.

This is definitely required. Current facilities not fit for purpose. The amount of tourism in our town also supports the need.
