Mansfield Sport Facilities Strategy Update

Community consultation for the 2024 update of the 2018-2028 Mansfield Sport Facilities Strategy closed on 28 June 2024.

Feedback received included:

• A year round indoor aquatic Facility
• 400m running track
• Mountain Bike trails to be upgraded
• More clarification on planned infrastructure at alternate (new) playing fields

Through the process of updating the Strategy a need to establish an ongoing sport and recreation reference group and aquatic facilities working group was identified to provide an opportunity for regular interaction and collaboration with Council over sports and recreation facility needs and to help guide the implementation of the updated Strategy’s recommendations.
