Council is proposing to upgrade the intersection of Dead Horse Lane and the Mansfield-Whitfield Road by installing a roundabout to improve safety for all road users.
This intersection has been identified as a blackspot location with a history of serious crashes. Council has developed two concept designs for a new roundabout and is working in collaboration with Department of Transport and Planning (DTP) to finalise the design. We are now seeking your feedback on both options.
This project is primarily funded by the Federal Government's Blackspot Funding Program.
